your totally right about the slowness being from to many people on. its 1:35 am and Its so much faster.
When theres around 900 total users on the forum pages load slow. When its around 500 total no problem everthing loads like a dream.

ATVConnection probable needs more bandwidth to handle the large amount of users or either a hardware upgrade.

We have an order in to double our bandwidth. When the new line is installed you should see a dramatic improvement.

Hey watzupdog, leave him alone. I am all for supporting this site, but I don't have a CC and am not a supporting member. But I click the ads often, especially when I plan on buying something, to help direct at least a few cents back here. I don't mind " tough " getting turned into a Polaris ad. It's the ads that keep this site free to use, and free memberships that make it so popular and helpful.

And where ya been, anyway? The nuthouse just isn't the same wiithout you!

watzup there tyler.

Hey bud tell him to leave me alone. We was having a nice pleasant conversation about these flashing adds and how they was slowing our download time up. We got it all figured out and wham, I get schooled on the funding of this site. I wasnt against the adds. I was against them flashing. I thought that was what was making a slow connection. But I was wrong it was how many people was on the site at one time. And Dbeck is taking care of that for us. Anyway I'm off tomorrow and its miller time.
(Actually Coors lite)

Oh and I'll stop by the nut house.
Peace Dog.

Lol ok. Yep, this site gets a little slow on the busy hours, especially when xtremeskier is within 5 feet of a keyboard and mouse. But that new bandwidth should be great.

See you in the nut house.
