Oh yeah when i tightened the clutch housing bolt when i found out it wasnt coming off i used a screwdriver to hold it while i tightened the nut, would that hurt anything? I looked were i was putting the screwdriver and it wasnt on nothing but the housing.

adjusting the belt tension requires you to have a service manual handy. too complicated to explain here. maybe someone can help with that. what i do know is that it requires the adding and removing of shims and even motor mount adjusting

Well i guess it is the right belt i had to drive 200 miles round trip today to get it, looked like the old belt basically except the groves on the outside of the belt were kinda diff. I told them what i needed and that is what they handed me.

I just took it for a little spin around my neighborhood, in low the thing pulls perfect. But when i put it in high it is like the motor is reving high but the fourwheeler isnt pulling like it should. It feels worse than before, man this blows. If anybody has any suggestions on a fix let me know i will be up late and probably tear it apart again. Thanks for all the help.
