Sure he will. Some rubber kitchen gloves and some snips or he will just ground it out before the spot he wants to cut. Unless your going to feed it straight from the pole. He will probably just look at it as a new challenge and intentionally tear up more of your fence than he has to. I doubt you're going to get out of this without having words with him again. Either via legal correspondance, through the police, or a face to face. He obviously doesn't respect you and doesn't seem to be afraid of the consequences. I am afraid that you are on your way to becoming a sheeple. Your milk money is next. Good luck.

look the only real smart way to this is to get the law involved wheather you want to or not. your just going to get yourself in some deep sh.t if you screw around to much. besides why should you have to spend a dime of your money to keep him out when its what your taxes are for anyways.

Just call the police. We would all hate to see this thing escalate. We've ribbed you a little but don't let your ego get involved. Just use good common sense. If you insist on talking to him again, proceed with caution and if he gets hateful, walk away and call the law. Consensus on here says that you should have called the law after your first failed attempt. It is a reasonable progression. You approached and asked and he ignored you. Like stendori said, put your tax money to work for you and save yourself the hassle.

Sure go ahead and shoot him, then you can spend 20 years of your life in jail because you wouldn't call the police. That sounds pretty smart to me.
