I have launched my bike at least 20 times over a hump in the field next to the house. I should not be doing it, but let me just say it can't get any harder in terms of hard ride. If I were you I would tell the dealer the problem is back and be done with it.

When mine goes for service I will be doing a rain dance at the dealers. It pisses me off to have an option that dont work. I mean lets be fair, a new bike.....not acceptable...

glad to hear yours is working but I have serious doubt that a bump dislodged it.

 

I just bought two 2006 450 sportsman and one of the fuel gauges work (yellow atv) but the other one don't even light-up on the display!!!!(blue atv) the dealer told me he had two blue ones back already to replace the sending unit!!!This never worked from day one...anybody with the 2006 sportsman 500 have a problem with the LCD display not even on......bar graph not there!!!!
