I know this question was asked recently, but nobody had a solution, so I'll ask again. Does anybody know of a source to purchase longer wheel studs for a Polaris Sportsman 335? I trashed my stock wheels riding some real rocky terrain in Virginia. I purchased a set of Douglas .190 Red Label wheels. The fronts fit fine, but the rear studs are coming up a little short due to the thicker center section of the Douglas wheels. The lug nuts are only threaded half way before they bottom out. I was thinking about popping out the studs and using stainless grade 8 bolts to mount my rear wheels. Anybody run in to this problem? -Glen

im not sure if its the same as my quad but the rear studs are only bolts held in with clips..remove them and take them to your local hardware store for longer bolts, problem solved?

bowtiepu, Thanks for the info. My studs are regular pressed in studs. I noticed the Scramblers are like your quad with bolts and clips. I think I just pop out the studs and use bolts. Durablue wheel spacers are like that also. -Glen

Thanks for the info. I'll give Hot Seat a call. If not I'll replace the studs with bolts. -Glen
