Default Strut Rebuild Scrambler 500 4x4

Scrambler 500 4x4 (2000)
After rebuilding the strut and hub after a nuclear explosion in there, I now have a 'clicking' sound.

It sounds like the clutch may be slipping or something. The wheel when lifted will free turn about a 1/4 to 1/2 a turn then make a loud 'click'. Maybe the armature plate (the plate behind the clutch) is slipping...I don't know.

What did I miss?

Did I not tighten the axel nut enough or is there another piece in there I need to replace...meaning that I gotta yank the whole thing again.

The replacement parts, aside from the bearings, I bought were used, but they all were in good shape.
