I don't remeber the cost but you need to send the cyclerder an the head to him. I have one in my TB it works great.

 

you need to call dennis at azbadboyz, he will tell howmuch it will cost minus shipping. he has my parts now, i live in indiana and it cost me about 15$ to ship it to him. just add the cost to the price for shipping back. hope this helps.
