Ok,my friend who is a farmer is looking at a atv to use for spraying, towing equipment, ect
It is a 96 500 and has like 3000 miles on it.The man who owns it now replaced both clutches,
belt, cover, ect It has a good body but the clutches being replaced worries me about the condition of the atv.It has a plastic rack box and a windshield on the front,What is it worth?
The guy is asking 28,is it worth it?Comments about the atv.Should he buy it?

NOT TO HIJACK MY OWN THREADS BUT
WHAT IS A 93 350L 2X4 WITH 600 ORIGINAL MILES WITH A NEW TOPEND,ECT.
AND A 94 400l 4X4 WITH 2000+ MILES WORTH.
SO IT IS NOT WORTH 2800 WITH THE WINDSHIELD AND CARGO BOX?

Both the 350 and 400 are worth $1500-$2000.
On the 500 for a few hundred more you can get a newer more reliable model like a 2000-2001.
The 96 -97 500 Sportsman had a ujoint problem in the rear and the newer ones went to a CV joint. The 500 may be worth $2200 if it is real nice.
