Another buddy of mine picked up his 07 500 two weeks ago and when I wire his 3-light mod, auto reverse lights and reverse override, I'll use a relay for the 3-light mod so we can do a comparison for the long run. Hopefully neither of us have a problem.

"Get it from Quadovator...its cheap, comes prepackaged with everything you need and only takes a couple of minutes to install. Get the reverse overide from them as well...this is one mod definately worth the few bucks that it will cost. "
Hey Guys,
I am new to this site and just recently purchased a 2000 sp 500 4x4. I am reading this posting and wondering if you are trying to say that when you turn on the low beams you will only get the low beams but when you turn on the high beams you will get all 3 lights to turn on....is this correct? Also what is the reverse override mod mentioned in the quote above all about? Can you post a link to where you get these mods or to where they are explained or show schematics of what they are doing...that way if the explanation is not clear I can see what it is they are doing with the schematics and will understand. This is a great site with great people, thanks for all the help.

What is this mod for? making all 3 lights come on at once?
If so just splice into high beam from low beam and all 3 will be on when u hit factory switch. all u need is test light to find positive on both lights. I did this on mine now and all I have had.if magneto does'nt have enough juice to power both put a relay in between using power wire from one light as switching means. use small gauge wire and u should be groovie. if thats what mod is
