Default scrambler carb problem

Hey guys I just purchased a bored carb from Rick Ritter. Every thing hooked up great and started right up and ran perfect but after I let it set for a few min it started to drip fuel from overflow. I took carb back off and cleaned the float area again to make sure they did not stick and seem to be working fine. I am kinda stuck on what to do next. Should I lower my needle a notch or will that make a differance any help would be great. I will call Rick on monday if I cant fix it this weekend.

just make sure your lines are all tight and un-kinked,,, and the hoses are good condition. sounds like something didnt get tightened up or sealed......... ritters stuff wouldnt leak.
