Default flooded my 500 ho

Oops....I hit enter before I typed my question.

Anyway today I submerged my 500 and it will start but it won't rev up. I changed the spark plugs and also stood it on end right after it happened. I think all of the water is drained out but Im not sure. It starts just fine with the electric start or the pull start but I can rev it up to more than 1600 or 1700 rpm without it dying.

Thanks for any help

Ty

You'll need to do a little more than just change the plug. If the paper air filter got wet then it is ruined, you'll need a new one. Go with a K&N filtercharger. Also, check the owners manual for a list of things you should do after such an event.
