Default 2002 Trail Blazer Brakes

I have a 2002 Trail Blazer 250. I just replaced the rear brakes but when i depress the foot brake nothing happens. The rear pads dont move at all. Ive already bled them but do i need to do it more>

Are you bleeding both the front and the rear lines? Have to do both.
