Tie rod ends

Tie rod ends
I need new ends, but wondering if the local bearing shop might have a crossover for these instead of factory replacements(like heim ends). I have a 2004 700....just wondering if the steering bushings needed replacing also, and how hard it was. Any info? Thanks

Tie rod ends
At just over 6000 miles I replaced my inner tierod ends for the second time. THis is what I used this time.......
