Belt or Clutch?

I have an issue with my 01 400 Sportsman. It slips in High, but is just fine in Low. I took off the belt and visually inspected it and it looked okay. Maybe my calibrated eye needs calibration.

Help.

take some scotch bright pads and rough up the clutch sheeves and see it that helps. i still think that the belt maybe worn out a little or burnt spots.
