Removing rear control arm

Removing rear control arm
I'm trying to remove the rear lower control arm [a-frame] on a 2003 Sportsman 500.
When you loosen the bolt at one end the other end tightens. I can take out one bolt, but how do I hold the inner road so I can get the other bolt loose?
This is driving me nuts, I must be overlooking something.

i assume you are refering to the front a arm. make sure the front is tight and remove the rear bolt first. then put your impact wrench on the front and it should come right out. mine does pretty easy this way. but if its never been apart it could be tougher as these bolts have loctite on them from the factory

Thanks for the support guys!
It's the rear, lower arm. Even worse, it's on the right side so the transmission is in the way to get anything bigger than an openend wrench on the front bolt.
I had done the left side before and found that I could take off one bolt, slide a punch clear to the back of the hole and have a buddy put pressure against the side with the punch. It didn't work this time. . . and the punch rubbed against the first few threads and stripped the hole. I guess if the storms ever stop today I'll try to re-tap the rod, put the rear bolt back in and try taking the front one out first.
Is one of them Reverse threaded?
