I finally got them off!!!!!! I guess both sides were loc-tited in there so i took one out and then put it back in tight. Then i was able to take the other side out. Once i did that i put it back in pretty snug. I removed them both by using a wrench and a socket - basically turned both real quick at the same time to loosen each. After that thay came out easily by just continuing to turn both at the same time.
