I will be throwing mine in the house, in little while. Every now and then give the battery a charge. Pricey bugger to replace.

well as long as the battery is fully charged it will not freeze and ive never had many issues w/ leaving them in.i only have replaced one battery on the t.blazer but it was 5 yrs old and leave them in w/out starting them thru the winter.

I leave my batteries in.. I bought 3 Battery Minders, 1 for the quad, 1 for the classic car, and 1 for my Big Wheel and street bike, I have a pig tail setup so the 1 charger can charge the 2 bikes. THe battery minder is excellent.

On my quad I have a extension off of my battery with hog rings that go to the posts. So when i want to change it i just pop off the cap to the battery leads and plug in the charger, takes me all bout 5 seconds.

They trickle charge the battery and condition it.. The clasic sat all winter and woke it up with a full charge on the battery..

I use mine all winter to plow never had a battery problem so I suggest U buy a plow and use it. but if you don't want to do that than what I do with my boat batteries I take them out store in my shed (cold) and put a 1 amp trickle charge about once a month. I like the battery minder I just never get around to getting one.

I from Huntsville Ontario,Canada....AND IT GETS COLD....-35 C in FEB and most people here need to plug there block heaters in for there car........I have two Yamaha sleds and never had a problem starting them in the cold (ELECT. START).....but they will be used more then the ATV's in Feb......This will be my first winter with the two sportsman 450 and I plan on starting them at least every week and drive them a bit around the road .........Also it will be better to tow the kids around the yard on there G.T. sno-racers......no two stroke oil for them too breathe in behind the quads...............caper.......
