New Gorilla's givin me fits!
Man o man Viper good job on the homework. You have shown that information is a powerful thing. I would change names if I were him but I did learn some things: I need to be better looking on my quad, I need to be more intelligent if I am to keep up, I MUST remain stock, Pennsylvania riding is the toughest--I only ride the Sierra Nevada's-and when I reach these lofty goals I need to make sure to let everyone know on multiple threads knowing that NO ONE will compare my blusters. I am now complete.

all I wanted to know why did you replace the axle? I have never seen anybody have any trouble with any axle on any ATV, I have seen bad axle bearings but never a bad axle. I have never seen any axle break or bend or anything. I think ur just wasting ur money buying new axles you never needed in the first place and if you think new off brand axles are better or are going to give you better performance ur dreaming in La La Land !

I did not have any problem installing the Gorillas in my 800. They fit right away. I also did not grind down the strut housing.
I just blew up one of the gorillas so I will have to send it back to be rebuilt. I hope I can do this after 13 months...
I guess I had hoped that for $700 they would be magic but if you try to break them you will. To be fair though when the axle went out the left wheel was slammed into a rut and the whole suspension is messed up now.
