those speeds sound more realistic. i like ftwflh's speeds he put down that sounds about right.

Default Top End Speed

Well, I donno about the 450, no experience with them.
I have the '06 500 X2, and by the speedo I have gotten it up to 68 MPH on a dirt road.
I would have tried checking with the GPS, but at that speed I didn't want to let go with one hand to pull out the Legend and try to read it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
Oh yeah, I weigh in at 220 lbs.

soon as the roads are dry i am going to check mine again...... the spedo on the dodge dont lie......

I was just kidin around with my post - I havnet tried to top my 450 out but givin the way it reacts I seriously doubt it will hit 55. But what I really dont understand is why everyone is so pumped on how fast a sportsman will go. These things arent built for speed. I find no need to go 65 mph through a myd hole or through the woods. I WOULD KILL MYSELF

If ya want fast get an outlaw or somthin

My garmin has a top speed reset so you can set it to zero then read it at the end of the ride.

I can do that on the old unit, but so far on the Garmin Legend E-Trax I have not found the feature to reset it.

I radar my buddy at 57 mph on the gun and 60 on the speedo.

Ya before I got my GPS I thought my Scrambler would do like 95 LOL and the GPS told me different..... Very different

But top speed means nothing when your piled into a tree
