Default 700 Sportsman falling off on topend

That description you wrote about not having all the power and seems like a govenor kicks in is just how mine acted. It ended up being the bushings in the secondary clutch. The clutch wouldn't slide in and out properly and thus loose top speed and since the clutch wouldn't react to engine RPMs correctly, the engine didn't sound like it was performing correctly.
