Default rear brake reservoir leaking while trying to bleed brakes

Anyone ever had a problem with the rear brake fluid reservoir leaking when trying to bleed brakes? I did not notice it at first but could not get pressure on brakes then noticed a puddle of fluid. The diaphram looks fine but apparently is not. Any suggestions?????

is it leaking when your appling the bake b4 you try to bleed it? maybe the cyclinder isnt releasing ausing back pressure to push fluid backwards? just a guess. not sure.

I know, if you don't have much pads left......the cylinder can actually go past the 0-ring(or the ring could be bad)......but this will cause a large leak. Could also be leaking from any of the fittings, or even the bleeder.
