I can honestly say that even with all the hub-bub that I've put them through, they still treat me great. They bent over backwards to warranty a belt that I was planning on paying for! This was the sales manager looking over the service guys shoulder telling him to figure out a way. He MADE me out my $85 back into my wallet!

They don't have much of a clue about things, but at least they are personable and easy to deal with.

I really haven't had to use them, just had the 06 back once because hard to shift. Shims added, helped a little. They swapped plugs, and something else minor. Was under warranty, but still didn't charge me anything on plugs or install. Bought last 2 machines from them, and on price, they are great! Breese Lawn & Garden. They E-Bay a lot also. Would recommend them, heck drove 70 miles to do business with them. Treat me good on OEM parts $ also.

i have a 50/50 split on my dealer.... on the phone they are great, bring it on in and we will get right on it, well most of the time it take 3-4 weeks and my 800.00 bumper to bumper 5year warrenty dont cover squat..because i modified my machine(understandable) but i asked the service manager HIMESELF before i did anything and he said dont worry about it have fun(should have got it it writeing, lieing basterd)...but other times they take great care of me... AM I HAPPY WITH THEM-NO, DO I HAVE A CHOICE NO

My dealer is Kosco Harley-Davidson, Buell, and Polaris in Kinnelon, NJ. I have purchased five Polaris ATVs and will continue to be a loyal customer there. I have had nothing but excellent service and follow up from all the professionals who work there including but not limited to Jason Kosco, Eric, Dan in parts, & Barry in service. The day I got my Predator, Jason Kosco not only made it easy to purchase, but also took the time to teach me how to ride the manual transmission of a quad/bike, as I had never ridden bike or quad with a clutch before. Cars and trucks, yes, so I had the basic principles down, just needed to get the refinement and he made sure I was plenty capable before I left with it in my truck.
