well ive been riding the thing in the snow alot and like spinning the wheeles alot form getting stuck goin up a hill.

i just rode it and when i hit the gas and then let go it doesnt stop goin. as if the trottle was stuck...i have to shut it off for it to stop


any help?

moisture has probably frozen the cable. wd40 will help

 

No wd40 freezes, try a cable lube that can be used below freezing. I use polaris clutch and cable lube works great.

 

huh - my old 1994 goes into great detail of electronic thottle so no cable to freeze or gum up

surely that was kept going?

 

Are you saying you have an "electronic thottle" and no cable on your Polaris?

 

yes, the thumb control is a sender unit and a wire goes down [somewhere] to a receiver

 

i say never get a polaris cause my freind HAD 1 AND IT ALLWAYS BROKE LIKE THAT
