I recently had a long conversation with the guys at highlifter. I speicifically wanted to get the best tires with the least chance of having things break. He mentioned they came out with a 28x9.5x12 outlaw for the front which does NOT require wheel spacers. This is a plus since polaris says not to use them since they do put more of a strain on certain parts. Money was no object here, he recommended the 28x9.5's front and 28x12.5 for rear on aluminum wheels and a front spring kit. All that with a k&n filter kit came to 1200 bucks! whoa... Anyone think i made a bad choice here?

Durkan,
Did they just come out with the 28x9.5? I run the 28x10.5x12 all the way around and of course I have to run the spacers so the tires dont rub on the struts. When you get it fixed up send me some pics at jason53144@aol.com if you dont mind. Also you are going to have to run spacers on the back or did they tell you not to? It has been my experience with the rear to have to run spacers on the rear with that wide of a tire even on the rear.
You will love the way the Outlaws pull in the mud as far as I am concerned there is nothing better in the mud.

Well I asked Dan at highlifter and he said i could get by without spacers on the rear. As for the new 9.50's they are fairly new and are not in stock as of yet for another week or so. He said it will take about 2 weeks to get my tires. Its worth the wait. I will get some photos when i get em mounted and post them.
