A lesson taught to dealer......

Just to let you know, I bought my new Rubicon at Tousley. Actually I've bought all my quads there. Until my most recent purchase I was satisfied with Tousley.
In September the Rubicon needed service and they would not cover my repair under warranty. Needless to say I was pissed. Especially since I learned that the Dealer in Cambridge was selling the Rubicon's for $500.00 less than what I paid for mine two weeks earlier. I will never purchase anything from Tousley again.

I must say, I've had buying experiences like you before, but when I bought my Sportsman last month, it was a very pleasant experience. The salesman greeted me when I walked in, showed me what he had, told me what was in stock etc. He spent the entire 2-1/2 hours I was there with me, sometimes just bs'ing about his riding experiences. I ended up being his only customer that night, and he was even happier when I told him I was paying cash. He told me now he could afford to take his family to dinner somewhere that had utensils instead of McDonalds.
The wife and I like to dress like the homeless on the weekends, so alot of times when we go shopping, we get completely ignored. When we bought our last two vehicles, it was quite awhile before someone offered to help us. It always seemed to be the "new" guy who would offer to help. I'm sure the experienced guys told him it was his turn. We bought and drove these home the same day. It was funny looking at the other salesman sitting at their empty desks, wishing they would have gotten off their butts.

hiofcer, I was going to get my Rubicon from Tousley, but they couldn't get it to me when I needed it. Great place to window shop though! I ended up going to a smaller dealer in Coon Rapids. I made the purchase there, but I'll never go there again, those people don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground. It was pathetic. I agree, the next quad I get, I'm going to run up to Cambridge, they seem to have the best deals and I've heard good reports about their service.
