Hello everyone, I have some questions on my 2005 Polaris 600 Twin that I hope to get some answers on.

1. Have you heard of the ECM going bad as a common issue for the Polaris? I had one go out and luckily I was only 50 yards from my truck. It could have been ugly had I been back in the woods a ways.

2. There is a knocking in the engine on the right side of the machine, is this normal and what can be done to get it to go away?

3. The plastics on both sides of the machine drive me nuts as they rattle when I'm riding. Any suggestions to fix this?

This has been a great bike but there are these annoyances that drive me crazy! Any suggestions/help will be greatly appreciated.
