Display reads E when I shift into gear

My 03 SP500 display pod is reading E sometimes when I shift into any gear.Im assuming its "Error". Does anyone know what might cause this?...Thanks for any help.

Display reads E when I shift into gear

The switch on the tranny, it wont have all wheel drive if it doesnt show the right gear ,70.00 easy to change ,my o3 did it.
