Default 1995 Polaris 400L 4x4 (any good???)

I found a 1995 Polaris 400L (2-stroke) 4x4 for $1500. Are there any serious problems with this machine??? It started and ran well. I may pick it up Monday. Any known problems with the drivetrain that I need to check before buying?
Thanks

I have a 98 400L it has 2400 miles on it, nothing major at all has happened. I have owned it since day one, I would buy one if i had to do it all over again

I also have a 1995 xplorer 400 , I had to put new waterpump seals and bearing in it ,
I also changed to a wisco piston while I was doing it, I have owned it since new , It has
2800 miles , pretty easy to work on.... ,, If it looks good and runs good well worth
$1500.00 in my opinion....

I just rebuilt my engine and if it goes again I'm gonna put an xc600 sled motor into and slay all the raptor 700's

An 11 year old thread resurrected in time for Halloween. Nice! It's the night of the living thread.
