Default Sportsman 335 Ignition Coil

I've run into the unfortunate luck of the spark plug boot on my 335 no longer being attached to the spark plug wire. Trust me, you don't want to know the details. I've read past posts about visiting auto parts stores to buy a long straight boot spark plug wire to use as a replacement with good luck. I'm planning on picking that up this weekend. The dump questions of the day is, without taking my bike apart and guessing, where is the ignition coil hidden, and what gotcha's should I look for in replacing just the wire instead of the entire coil? Thanks for any help everyone may provide in getting my girl running again!!

Default Sportsman 335 Ignition Coil

dont quote me on this but you should be able to just unscrew the wire from the coil.it kinda winds it self onto a screw sticking out of the coil that makes contack w/ the stel cord inside on the rubber. just like the cap end. the coil is under the front housing under the head light pod. its bolted to the A frame part of the frame i beleave.
