Seems that my 06 Sportsman 700 is a bit hard to shift now and then. If I put it in reverse, you really have to force it back into high. And sometimes the same goes for High to reverse/park/etc... Is it because it is new? Only about 15 hours or so on it. Noticed it more when I ws plowing that driving the trails.

mine shifted kind of hard when i first got it. now after mudding and cleaning i spray some wd-40 onthe linkage points and it helps alot.
