Default Melting Plastic...... Again

Just wanted to let you know that my rear plastic, seat and side panel on my 2006 500 efi has melted down twice, I just got it back last week from my dealer and the following mods were done:
He shimed up the right hand floor board, installed a differant heat shield, re shimed the muffler bracket in a little more and installed some more heat shield tape and re-flashed the computer.
I put 70 miles on it the same weekend I got it back but the weather was cold so I will see how it does in the summer months. the dealer said that polaris does not have a perminent fix as of yet. After putting on the 70 miles I did notice that my right leg did not get hot and the plastic felt cool to the touch.
