I HAVE AN 03 POLARIS 600 WITH 27INCH MUDLITES ON 14 INCH WHEELS... LOST A LOT OF POWER... TRYING TO GET IT BACK WITHOUT CAUSING MORE MAINTANCE ON MY ATV....WONDERING ABOUT JET KITS....PIPES....CLUTCH KITS....ANY SUGESTIONS.....

First try lightening up on the secondary clutch setting.If your at 2-2 now try 2-1.You may also go with a set of lighter shift weights and/or a Polaris white primary spring.

As far as the secondary, is the secondary on an 03 600 a ramp style, which is adjustable, or a team roller style that isn't?

That's exactly what I did on my 05 700 after putting 27's on and it grabs and accellerates hard again...also I can still run full rpm's on top.

it should be a roller clutch by the looks.

Roller secondary wernt stock except on the EFI 700s first and then on the others in late 04 and 05
