I have a 2000 325 magnum and it has been pretty trouble free for 5000 plus miles and nearly 2000 hours. I use it on the farm. Yes had the oil line to cooler problem under warranty. The fix was less than satisfactory and still have a slight oil seep at the connections. My question and possible problem now is that when I pull out the start rope ther is a slight hiss and the rope is oily. Any one seen this symptom?

 

sounds like the crank seal is bad. but thats some milage on that bike for being trouble free.
