I went to Iron Pony store(ironpony.com) today and bought 162.5 and 165 jets. They came in packs of 4(for bikes). I only need one, but am only willing to give 1 each away. Anyone think they want to try one of these sizes? First one to respond with a yes, will get 1 of either size. If you really don't think you'll use it, let someone else try it. These are the Mikuni big round flat head style! I'll USPS them to you as long as you are in the lower 48, I'll even pay for the stamp! SORRY CANADIANS, I've went that route, not shipping to canada for free!(Too much of a hassle).

 

Yeah I used to mess with the kids. They would be playing Nintendo and I could key down and it would scramble the tv and pause the game LOL. My dad lives about 200 yards away and I come threw his computer all the time. I could also have someone with a mobile pull up and turn their cb off and mine would still broad cast threw their cb with it off. I talked to alot of people during my cb days. I used to talk to a guy in Jamaica every day. Yep that was back in the day.

I got the carb all dialed in. I had to go up 3 sizes. I have a 165 main jet. This thing screams now.

Instagator, after checking my paper work (reciepts) I also have a 165 in up from 157.5 . happy to hear of another Polaris out there thats "plowin the road)!!! now how do I make it a "800" new thread? just for your enjoyment my buddy has a 700 Grizz w/ my old 26 itp 589 on rear and new mudlite 26 10 on front and I ABSOLUTELY dust him in a race. I am too familair with the axles. I have Gorilla axles and they fall out. I have the square cut circlip and they still FELL OUT> I am waiting impatiently from Greg @ Gorilla to call me back, so we can figure out what needs to be done. Stock axles never fell out with the round circlips. I figure Gorilla should have a little more R&D time, since that is there specialty!

did you ever check the temp on those gorillas? besides falling out ( I,ve seen it also - thats why I dont use them) I have heard from a VERY reliable buddy that he got them so hot on a trail ride that the grease was boiling out the boot! but they dont break
