Default dead electric system

I have a 2001 trailblazer. I have 12 volts going into ignition and everything is dead. Is there a fuse or breaker I should check?

A lot of guys are good at switching off your kill switch when you aren't looking. I have a friend that called a wrecker, and had his taken to the shop, and all they did was turn ON the kill switch......Kind of a spendy little trick someone pulled on him
