We have tried numerous times calling Rick Ritter to order a Stage 1 kit, but the phone is always busy, and our e-mails have not been answered. Anybody know whats up?

Thanks

I am very much at work all the time . I just stepped in tonight (2am) from work to check E-mail and what not .

My telephone is frequently busy , I get a lot of phone calls .

If you e-mail a phone number to me I will call you and get your order taken care of . I am sorry you are having a hard time getting through .

Rick Ritter

PS -- skip the E-mail . If I answered all my e-mail it would take close to 3 hours a day . I wish it wasn't this way but unfortunately it is .

I agree, from everything I've heard and seen.......the wait is worth it. Customer service, second to none!!!! Don't expect anyone to get you right in....no matter what brand or what builder......if they are good, you will have to wait......but be sure, the wait is worth it

Thanks, Rick for the reply. Did not mean to sound testy, and I understand all the long hours it takes to run a good business.

I have recommended your Stage 1(that was highly recommeded by poster's on this forum) for my brother's son, who has a TrailBoss 330 that is in serious need of a power boost, and he is the one trying to call you. I will tell him to keep trying.

Thanks to all who have responded on this post.
