Default 90cc two stoke compared to 4 stroke ?

Has anyone ridden one of the 90cc four strokes ? How do they compare to the 2 strokes ? My daughter has a scrambler 90 which is a two stroke and my son wants to get an atv but I just question the performance of the new 90cc for strokes ? I know there won't be a powerband like the 2 stroke and I just don't want it to be under powered .
Thanks,
D.

I notice you have a DC90 , how do you like it ? Have you set it side by side against a polaris 90 predator ? Are they exactly the same ? What is the difference , the plastic ? How about racing up against the polaris, are they the same power wise ? I am talking two stroke against two stroke . I am thinking of getting a dc90 for my son , but my daughter has a 02' 90 scrambler and want him to be able to keep up. Do you think this can happen ?
Have you ever seen an orange DC90 ? I can get it in orange but I want it to be the KTM orange , not some other shade of orange.
Thanks,
D.

The Desert Cat 90 has a few minor features that set it apart from the Polaris scrambler 90, most of which are cosmetic. The major parts of these two quads are interchangeable. Most(If not all) aftermarket upgrades for a for the polaris will bolt directly up on the Desert Cat.

For example, I have purchased aftermarket pipe, clutch, filter, jetting and so on which are all designed to fit many different name atvs that are built in the same factory.

The Desert Cat 90 stock was able to flat out fly with my 185 pound butt on it. I could do donuts in the driveway ect...

I rode they new polaris 90 sportsman four stroke at work. I liked it and it felt like a four stroke. If it had a shaft drive rear I'd say it would be the best 90 on the market, But I like the idea of old reliable shaft drive of the yamaha. If it only had IRS up front and reverse.
