Default OUTLAW 525

I am probably going to buy one here pretty quick. My friends have a DS650, 3 Z400s and a TRX450R and my little 300ex just wont cut it anymore. So now I want to beat them all. Anyone heard good or bad on em? Are they really faster than all those quads? How much so? ALl the time or just off the line?

Does anyone have one so they can tell from experience about it? Like suspension and power and handling?

I love mine. They do seem a little hard getting the wieght back going threw the whoops. Tons of pwer easy to ride. People get mad if they fallow you threw rocks. I clear them and they don't!

I Love mine! The power delivery is top notch and the IRS is simply off the hook! Mine has been quite extensively modified as you can see in my signature and it has responded VERY wall to everything I have put on it so far. Two things:

CAUTION::: YOU MUST RE-JET THIS BIKE! It comes very lean from the factory to make emissions requirements and will overheat in the summer heat we are in now. Not to mention that adding more fuel will yield more power since it has sufficient air to burn it. This is a recurring theme with all KTM engines and while it is kinda a pain, you should really re-jet any carburated quad for the conditions. JD Jetting's kit will set you up alright. Other than that, it is a totally race ready machine. You will not be disappointed, I race mine in the Michigan XC series and LOVE it!
