Default Any ideas on fixing foot brake on 1999 550 Polaris ATV?

I'm got a 1995 550 Polaris ATV (300 miles) and the foot brake doesn't work but the hand brake works fine. Would greatly appreciately any suggestions on how to fix this. My first thought is that I should bleed the brake line to the foot pedal but not sure how to do that.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Thanks!

Can you be a little more specific on the foot brake? What does it do? What doesn't it do?

I have a 95 Scrambler that has a foot brake issue. The brake is very hard to push down. I think I need to replace the pads and bleed the brake using the bleeder valve on the caliper. Have you checked your brake pads?

hand brake does work all the brakes. foot brakes arent that good anyways. try bleeding then serval times or maybe try leaving a heavy weight on the foot pedal over night and see if it brings back the pressure. just a thought.
