hay any polaris oweners pulled starter out of 230 trailblazer lately driving my head as far as it will go it looks like u have to pull clutch cover on outher side after removing the support bracket to get enought room to clear the starter from engine now one more question do you have to pull the bendix housing with it.three 10mm bolts under recoil housing my service man shows the starter with a o ring without a bendix housing or bendix almost as if the starter is pushed into housing sealed with o ring and the bracket on th e rear supports it if this is the case one bolt removal? if it clears the clutch cover. does any one know a supplier that is reasonable with a good product.i thank any advice my service manual a polaris product dose not cover starter removal my boys quad and the shorter it down the happer he will be just bought it 13 days ago thanks again.
