Hey guy i need someones help that thinks like me have a a 2007 polaris sportsman 800 now this thing has what there calling duel exsaghst on it and what it is is two pipie outta the head going into one and then goes into the muffler and from one muffler to the other now is there any reason i can do away with this wannabe dual system and take one pipe to the back the same as it is now and just do away with two mufflers and just run one aftermarket one such as a muzzy or pro circut pipe or do i have to run this crappy stock sytem tell me what u have tryed

 

some have run the true dual exhaust from after market co. or a single pipe. you can take it off and just run one. just do a search or try to find info on a good one to buy as some you put on i hear you actually loose power.

 

so yur saying its ok to strips that stock system and cut it down to one pipe with a slip on instead of two stockers

 

its not a crappy system the pipes come together to equilize pressure in the two cylinders
but the base 07 sportsman 800's have a single rear pipe you could buy that and put on what ever can you want.
