Default outlaw 525 pricing

I'm a dirtbike guy and new to ATVs. I'm in the market for a new Outlaw 525. I found a dealer that will sell one for $5927 out the door. Is this a good price? I know it's a lot less than MSRP.

Excellent choice in bike. I just got one a couple weeks ago. You will really like it. I paid $7299, but they gave me 800 dollars worth of free stuff and deducted it off the price of the quad. So I actually paid 6499 for it. So from the sounds of it thats a killer deal on one. If I had waited a couple weeks till the 09 came out, I might have gotten it cheaper. Oh well, I love it anyway. Watch out for freight, and set-up fees. Some places will lower the price of the quad then kill you with "other" fees they fail to tell you about until they write up a quote and try to sneak it by you. Almost happened to me at the other place I was going to buy an outlaw from. Wanted 6999 for it but had almost 500 bucks worth of "other" fees, even after he gave me an "out the door" price over the phone. Read everything, sign carefully and enjoy. Its very worth the money.

Thanks for the heads up. I've already bought two dirtbikes from this place and his OTD price IS his OTD price. He didn't jerk me around at all last time.

I'm sure you'll love the Outlaw, mine is a monster! But make sure to re-jet it! Just like all 4-stroke KTM engines it comes pretty lean from the factory. Not lean enough to hurt it, but enough that a good bit more HP is yet to be unlocked. Other than that, make sure to do your oil changes and valve adjustements and stuff and you'll have the fastest and most reliable race bike on the market!
