I just installed the blue steel as well. I cut the eyelet off and melted the end with a match to keep it from fraying. My winch had the button setup and the blue steel installed just fine. Was plowing last night, amazing how strong it is... No more broken stands of wire.... horray....

Pa is getting hit with a northeastern storm this weekend. Will put it to the test then....
