wow... thanks a million man.... what was shipping...? I really hope this fixes it.... You know... I had a choice when i bought this.... a bran new 500 of a used 04 700... guess I made a bad choice.... I thought i was just getting more machine this way....

 

The parts guys here said it was like 5 bucks! It will ship later this afternoon.

 

giving this forum a bump...... man if after i fix this and i have any more problems... i will trade it towards a bran new one like i shoulda done to begin with

 

Well I put the new pump in that Piece of junk.... First I tried to drive it from the shed to the gararge to put the new pump in.... It just cranked and cranked.... then backfired as loud as a shotgun... (heare it echo in the woods after each back fire.... so i pushed it to the gararge and change the pump... put it back together.... and still just cranks and cranks.... and backfires loudly.... seems once the cold weather hit my oh so great EFI went from running like jusk to not running at all.

I am thinking maby it is the crank sensor?

who knows.....

well 94harley saved the day(he gave me a pump), I put that pump in last fall in my gararge, it was cold and below freezing. well when i put it all back together the shifter dident move so I said well it must be stuck between gears, ill start it and it should shift, well because of stupid safty fetures it never started and I thought i had eletricle problems. well the other day it was warm , and i was wondering if i had some water in the shift linkage box that frose so I tried moving the shifter. It shifter to park, I then tried it and the thing started right up. I then went for a ride and all was fine and dandy. It was the fule pump after all.


So Thanks 94harley the ATV is fixed!
