well 94harley saved the day(he gave me a pump), I put that pump in last fall in my gararge, it was cold and below freezing. well when i put it all back together the shifter dident move so I said well it must be stuck between gears, ill start it and it should shift, well because of stupid safty fetures it never started and I thought i had eletricle problems. well the other day it was warm , and i was wondering if i had some water in the shift linkage box that frose so I tried moving the shifter. It shifter to park, I then tried it and the thing started right up. I then went for a ride and all was fine and dandy. It was the fule pump after all.

So Thanks 94harley the ATV is fixed!

hay whats up . I found that if you put insulated high temp tape on the bottom of your tank , plus put some headder wrap from the head down about a foot. this should solve your problem. the cause is that ths exhaust pipe is to close to the bottom of the gas tank causeing the gas to get too hot . then the quad will vapor lock. hope this will help.
