Default help 2005 500ho sportsman

I have a 2005 500ho sportsman. I have carbon buildup on my spark plug. I know I'm running to rich. I have ordered but have not got my service manual and can't wait to get it. What is the solution and does anyone know where to get diagram of carburetor. And any other suggestions please. Need to get ready for hunting season Thanks in advance

Air filter is new choke sems to work fine. It chokes at least when you pul it out. But yeah it's running rish from something seems to breathe fine. Lots of mud now and then. I was thinking dirty carb or is there an air fuel mix screw somewhere.

I think I fixed it today. I found the tube with the idle screw, turned it down. What I believe fixed it is taking off the cover from the air filter. It seems the filter is good and i believe the cover has always been on. Taking it off though did fix it. Does this sound normal. Iam still wondering where an airfuel adjust would be. Any idea on all this rambling
