whats goin on with this?

Try this,

1) Put the transmission in neutral and set the parking brake.
2) Push and hold the reverse/over ride button.
3) Turn the key on.
4) Immediately release the reverse/over ride button as soon as the display comes on.
5) Press and hold the reverse/override button until the hour flashes.
6) Use the reverse/override button to set the hour. Releasing the button for more than four seconds will cause the minutes to flash.
7) Set the minutes.
8) Release the reverse/override button and wait a few seconds. The time is now set.
9) Turn the key off and wait 5-6 seconds.

if that doesnt work try unhooking the battery for a minute and see if it resets so you can set the clock w/ the above instr. just a thought.
