Lift Question on 700 Sportsman?
I have a 2007 700 Sportsman, I have a 2" lift with 27" tires and I also have a 3000# winch and deluxe brush guard on the front of it. I was wondering if I could add an extra inch or so to the front to make it set a little more level. Could I add a rubber spring spacer in the front or would it be to much angle?

Also I was wondering if the HPD Big Wheel clutch kit is worth the $199.99 price tag. The larger tires did hurt the acceleration of my 700 but is it worth $199.99? I have had a lot of dealing with HPD parts and they are GREAT parts, and GREAT people to deal with but I was wondering if I would see a change worth the money?

Lift Question on 700 Sportsman?
With EPI HD front springs and a 1" lift in the front of mine, I sit about 4" higher than stock. Theres a pic in my profile. I can see where the CVs have got a little warm. Theres rusty spots where it's got hot enough to burn the paint off the housing, but I haven't broke a front one yet.
And stock clutching is pretty weak with the bigger tires. I have a Heelclicker and I'm really happy with it. Do a search and you'll see what others have had good and bad luck.

Lift Question on 700 Sportsman?
I was a long time standing at the lathe making 2 sets. Too long. The second set went a lot easier but still very time consuming. I don't think you could afford my time LOL I'm a pricey bugger. Try E-bay. Theres a guy around called "Rubberdown" and he makes some qualty stuff.
As far as the over-ride, it's pretty easy. All you need is a few auto relays, some wire, heat shrink tubing, and a really good diagram. If you do a search on here it's been discussed a lot in the past. There is a REALLY good diagram on here somewhere.
