2008 sportman 500HO efi touring

Default 2008 sportman 500HO efi touring

Picked up bike tonight and wife and I took her out for a little spin ,man what a nice ride lots of power, and handles great, love the atomatic trans, cant wait to go out for a whole day. What does the HO mean?

Ticks me off, I just had a fairly detailed reply and when I hit the reply button, I got an error and lost it all.

H.O. stands for High Output. Sorry I don't have the patience to type it all over again.

Glad you and your wife are enjoying the new ATV!!!

yea sheep ive had the same thing happen. you have a good bike in the 500 as its a bullet proof engine. just read your manual so you what to expect w/ using low range and service intervales. enjoy it and be safe.

Thanks guys, gonna take her out this morning in the daylight. Gotta take wife to supper and concert tonight previously bought tickets, and its beautiful and sunny day what a missed oportunuity for a good long run.Ah well sometimes you win and sometimes you dont. Like I always say I wear the pants home but she tells me what pair to put on lol,

The dealership that I get my polaris from has a 800 touring I would like to have that qaud.

Default 2008 sportman 500HO efi touring

I spent the weekend out on the sand dunes on my new 500 EFI. I am very pleased with it. It has more than enough power, very stable and forgiving suspension. It's night and day compared to my Yamaha 450 4x4 Wolverine in traded in for it.

Yhea I hear you ,just got back from a little after supper run, its a joy to ride so far sure beats my old honda 400 foreman, not saying its a bad bike its a workhorse but rough on trails.

Been there too. When you feel long winded type it on a word document and past it when you are ready. You wont wast your time that way.
