Default help another pred 90 problem

i have an 06 pred 90 and my son was riding it the other day and it was shutting off on us. you would ride it full throttle and it would bog out and completely stall, it did it for about 3 times when all of a sudden it didnt want to turn back on at all. im not very good with working on these bike but i kinda know the basics, what do you guys think it might be? when you try to turn it on it does crank but just wont turn over like if theres no fuel going into it but i checked the carbs cleaned them out and there fine fuel is there. i am thinking its electrical but what should i check for? thanks for your guys advice and you can also email me at flaco125@msn.com

The 06 Pred 90 is a 2 stroke. The 07 Outlaw 90 is the 4 stroke.

Did you do the basics like check for spark at the plug? Check the kill switch on the bars to make sure the connection is clean. Also check the tether kill switch and wires to make sure everything there is tight. Try the backup kick start to see if you can get it too fire that way.....

Check for wires that are rubbed through. It sounds like it may be an intermittent short that has finally rubbed enough to kill it completely. Look for any wire that is touching something metal or may have been rubbed through and broken.

On my kids outlaw 90, apperantly the ground for the battery came loose, stalled out and wouldnt start at all. Dont know if that might be the same problem for you, but check that out also
